HMBSA - Body Site Specific Assemblies
We identified reads that were not assembled as part of the whole metagenome SOAPdenovo-based assembly approach, available at hmpdacc.org/HMASM/. These reads were organized and assembled by body site, again usingSOAPdenovo, to generate the body site-specific assemblies available here. Assemblies are available as contig and scaffold multifasta files, and agp files.
