Instructions

  1. Select the Genome database you would like to Blast against. You may select "All Reference Genomes", a particular body site, or an individual organism.
  2. Select the type of Blast you would like to perform.
  3. Enter your Nucleotide or Protein Sequence into the text box or upload a file in plain text format containing the sequence or sequences you would like to analyze.
  4. Give the search Job a descriptive title.
  5. Submit the Job.
