Welcome to the Human Microbiome/SitePainter tool on-line!
Here we present the 16S data btained from 18 bodysites, 200 subjects, and
the Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) data from 7 bodysites, 100 subjects that was
generated by the NIH HMP project, processed by the collective effort of the
HMP Data Analaysis WG, and visualized by Site Painter developed in the Knight
Lab @ CU-Boulder by Antonio Gonzalez Peña, the image used was created by
Meg Pirrung & AGP. You can select what dataset you would like to explore from the
list below, and SitePainter will allow you to color the different body sites based
on gradients of colors to represent the available data.
Note: We are only using a female representation because this is a super set of the male representation.
